Try SLUSHi for a full 30 days from the day it arrives. If you don't love it, email us and we'll refund every cent — no forms, no interrogation.

To start a return, write to support@shopslushi.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return instructions within 24 hours on business days.

Conditions

The 30-day window counts from the delivery date shown on your tracking.

The machine should be returned complete (vessel, spout and trays), ideally in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.

3-Year Warranty

Every machine is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from delivery. If yours stops working under normal home use, contact support@shopslushi.com with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps) and we'll repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, misuse, or commercial use.
