Orders and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout; we never see or store your card details.

We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil — for example due to stock or address problems — and will notify you by email if that happens.

Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance. Minor variations in color or packaging can occur between production batches.

SLUSHi machines are designed for home use. Commercial use voids the warranty.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy (30-day money back guarantee) and the 3-year warranty described there.
